Thank you for choosing to become a member of Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp!
We created this option for those that want to make a long term committment and allow you to budget for your boot camp program monthly rather than per camp. Another bonus is that you only register one time.
Here are the advantages of membership to Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp:
- After your initial membership registration - no more forms, you will be automatically registered for each session!
- Payments will be automatically drafted from your credit card or bank account on the same day each month.
Membership Options:
- Option 1: 5 days/week @ $249/month
- Option 2: 4 days/week @ $205/month
- Option 3: 3 days/week @ $170/month
To become an Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp member, simply agree to the following and complete and submit your registration & payment information.
Terms of Agreement:
- I agree to make a minimum of six consecutive monthly payments to Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp.
- I understand that all payments will be made to Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp via Electronic Funds
Transfer (EFT) one time each month. This is a monthly billing cycle.
- After the 6 month committment: Billing will automatically go on month-to-month and be considered active unless I notify Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp otherwise.
- My membership can be cancelled at any time after six months of its inception without penalty, given a notice of at least 7 days before the next billing date. Member must give notice of cancellation by email to info@AhwatukeeBootCamp.com
- The cancellation of the membership will be immediate:
- I agree that there will be no refunds, and no credits.
- I agree that all membership privileges end immediately upon cancellation.
- I agree to pay a $150 early termination fee if I choose to cancel my membership before the 6 month commitment is met. The cancellation fee will be debited from the card and will be due immediately.
- My membership can be suspended due to medical inability to exercise with a doctor note. The duration of the suspension of the membership will equal the time missed do to inability to exercise.
- Ahwatukee Adventure Boot Camp will offer a minimum of at least 8 four-week boot camp sessions per calendar year and this is for the 5:30a.m. camp only.
